Beloved Jerry:
We have used backpacks that are hanging around our home. A few are no longer the right size, color, smartness, etc. Others have a blown-out seam, broken zipper, detached strap, etc. They are less than fulfil though quite functional.
For the benefit of people who need them, I am looking for an syndicate that repairs, refurbishes, and redistributes backpacks.

Dear Deborah:
With some large churches in your area. On several counts, they may be interested. If they run youth programs, your backpacks might be utilitarian on outings or trips. If they run a bazaar or flea market, backpacks could sell well. To into working order and refurbish the backpacks before distribution, it only takes one resourceful church member with a sewing organization.
While some national organizations might be interested, their requirements often vary from location to locale. Many will not accept merchandise in non-perfect condition.
