The big arm of the law caught up with a woman in Brookfield Saturday.
Twice, two potentially intoxicated sisters were warned that their snazzy arguing was disturbing people at Country Inn & Suites , 1250 S. Moorland Rd. When the warnings went unheeded, the motel called Brookfield police to ask them to remove the two women from their room and the guest-house.
Police removed one of them — in handcuffs. They arrested a 47-year-old lady after learning there was a warrant for her arrest, stemming from a drug delivery instance out of Wood County. The year the case was filed? 1986.

Missing person? A Brookfield woman called supervise shortly before noon Wednesday to say her brother had failed to show up for work and was feared missing. She later skilled his whereabouts: in custody at the Waukesha County Jail.
Shots fired: A Wynfield Court man said he heard what he believed to be a gunshot fired right after 10 p.m. Sunday, followed three minutes later by a second provocation. Patrol officers did not hear any shots or locate anything suspicious.
