I run 80-100 miles per week.. so keeping hydrated and fueled well is the most portentous fact in my training.
To start.. I in private don't teach water if continuous 5 miles or less, however, I scarcely ever run that squat of a interval so I almost always tutor b introduce a water bottle. I have several.. but single out the nathan 22 oz. quickdraw together with.. which also has a cavity for nutrition gels etc.
So after that.. I tot 10oz minutest every 5 miles. If hotter.. and sweating more.. than up to 20 oz. per 5 miles. On Extended runs.. like 20+ then I will red-eye every 2-3 miles. I genrally use gatorade or some standard of liveliness nip (the dominion mix)
I also have a area that carries 2 bottles and has storage for phone/nourishment gels etc for heartfelt great runs.. 25-50miles.
